On January 29, 2021, Markovits, Stock & DeMarco, LLC and its co-counsel, on behalf of their clients, filed a class action lawsuit in the Southern District of New York against Bonobos, Inc. for failure to properly safeguard its customers’ personal identifying information and financial information.
Personal identifying information is defined as the following: current and former customer’s full names, residential addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers, email addresses, partial credit card numbers, order information, and password histories.
